I've been eating like total shit I'm sickening I'm disgusted with myself wtf is wrong with me why can't i have the control i had a year ago when i started changing my eating habits i stayed away from sweets junk food fast food and it's like i deprived myself so much that I'm now eating sweets and junk everyday i need help badly what can i do I've put in so much time and hard work to get to where i am and I'm still not happy with how my mid section looks i know sugar turns into fat especially belly fat which is why I'm sure my belly is not shrinking like it use to i need support i need strength i can't get back to how i was
