OMG!!! Obsessing obsessing! So today I am off and saying to myself.. ooh I will miss those desk work calories so after my morning 3.5 mile Hike I took a nearly 2 mile hike this afternoon. Went to subway. Now my son laughs at me because there is only one sandwich I will usually eat, that is the Italian BMT. I will usually eat the whole footlong and be slightly miserable for an hour. After seeing the calorie count I almost got the club but settled on half of a chicken Teriyaki.
Never knew I was OCD but this calorie counting is teaching me a thing or two. I am trying to restrain from exercise tomorrow but in the back of my mind I know I have a training class starting Monday that begins a half hour earlier than my normal work shift. I know I will be out there first thing in the a.m. no matter how hard I try not to.
Big LOL!! Ok here's a laugh. My kid had gotten a bag of Jalapeno chips and demanded I try them since I like Jalapeno Chips. I took one. On updating my food journal I included that I had eaten half my bag of Lays Light Potato Chips. When I went to put my remainder away, I realized I had not even opened them. One taste and I thought I'd eaten a bag of chips.
