DAY 337..DAY 3 OF BEING 100% COMMITTED..GOOOOD MORNING FS!!!!....took me this long to finally get on board completely..i was a cookie and sherbert addict..but no more..ive made up my mind that eating the cheats is only cheating myslf from gettin to my mini goals..i chose the change, so i need to stick with it and give it the same dedication i give my exercise..and thats what i thought i needed when i switched to atkins..i wanted to be dedicated to eating like i am to exercising..i kno i can get the weight off, just need to tweak here and there to get things workin like they need to..its 63 here right now..rain is movin in..hopefully i will get my walk in..makes to long of a session when i have to do 2 hours in the gym..not sure whats on my schedule today, besides keeepin up and moving..had 14,565 steps yesterday..yeap im tryin to keep my body up and movin each day..well hope you all have a great day...keep it moving..more to come laster

addon: took a shorter 45 min walk today, was tryin to beat the rain that was coming..then went to the gym only did 30-40 minutes on elliptical and bike..just couldnt seem to get into any of it..im still tired from yesterday and its showin today..i got on scales today to see if being dedicated to eating was payin off yet..well..im happy to say its showing down a pound, but gonna wait till friday to see if i have any extra to add on..day 3 of bein fully committed to gettin the weight off by eating right...

thanks lori...were gettin rain right now and lighting to go with it..and it feels alot cooler, but temp says 60..

Glad to see you've worked things out. You'll see great results if you stay off the cookies and ice cream. I'm working on a great low-carb coconut macaroons recipe that I'll share with you once I have it perfected. Also look for the low-carb peanut butter cookies. There are substitutions for everything!
