Well he decieded to surprise me and come home early for the funeral. I was very surprised the navy agreed to that. So he is home and yesterday was such a bad eating day. But I am right back on track today atkins shake for breakfast with 3 slices of bacon. lunch is gonna be a salad and dinner probably some kind of chicken. Well have a good day
