Diario de loosinisfun, 06 jul. 10

gooooood morning everyone..thought alot about people this morning on my morning walk..how my mom an alot of other older people have no problem eating anything they want...an they dont gain the weight..and they dont exercise either...the most they do is get outta bed an fall asleep in the recliner they sit in most of the day...is that the secret to it all...am i completely missing out on this easy way of droppin the weight..i do kno the heat is taking its tole on me..so hard to be in the mood to get outta bed an do a morning workout, even after gettin 8 hours..all i want to do is roll over an get more sleep...weight is up .5 this morning...not sure why...been workin out like a madman...today will be another day of being on the move again most if not all of the day...today is store day, cut the grass day, and do as many stationary bike rides as i can...hit almost 40,000 in steps yesterday...4x40 min in rides, and a morning walk...soon as i can get out to brians house, im gonna pick up a bike at his house..i think its a 10 speed..not really sure...gonna change workouts...hopefully that will challenge my body again...well..need to get up an head out an saddle up on ole silver...get started once again today..have a greatttttttt day everyone...keep that water going in ...

Wow! You're movin'! I have got to get a foot pedal device and even get half as far as you do. Some people don't eat much either and that does help keep one skinny as does a fast metabolism... Keep up the good work! :)

thanks glenn...the steps i get now, amaze me...cause i can remember back when 10,000 seemed like alot to do an it is...but you gotta keep pushin cause your body gets use to the same workouts...
