Diario de kbrammer, 06 jul. 10

Back to work, looks like a hot week ahead. Staying on course, over ate a little this weekend, but back on track this week.

Still losing despite the wedding, did not really indulge just ate stuff I normally don't but in little bites (just a taste). Probably had less calories, was a rough estimate but stayed away from the cake (they had 4 different flavors of cake).

Slow and steady
