Changed my profile picture since i decided to change my goals today.. this is me as of Friday, 166 lbs.. no more pic of me at 183 lbs.. that's old news :)

So today i changed my goal. And finally set goals for all those dates i had in my bio so they didn't have ??? next to them. i officially have goals now and a weight i'd like to hit. and it seems SOO attainable! never in a million years would i shoot this far b/c i was always so far away... but now i have 5 lbs to lose by my vacation on the 28th.. so i'm gonna work a little harder for that. good starting point for me.. :)

you guys have inspired me! when i wanna just not work.. not worry about eating.. eat what i want.. i think about the people around me who are working just as hard and not giving up... thank you!!

Thanks to your encouragement, I jogged today:) I was so impressed by your transformation that I decided I HAD to try. I pushed those thoughts outta my head that said I was too big to jog. I journaled about it on my profile so if you get a chance, stop by and read it:) Keep doing what you're doing cuz you look great!! I don't need to be scaring ANYONE in a bikini, but I can certainly rock a one piece one day and not be self conscious...I'll work towards THAT goal:)
