Diario de crabby Kat, 04 ene. 13

Went to Wok Inn for dinner; buffet style choose your own veggies, meat, etc, in a bowl, then hand it to the cooks that stir-fry it & deliver it steaming hot. I had a lovely assortment of veggies, pineapple chunks, & tofu. I had no idea how to record it (and the cup of hot & sour soup they served me), so I used PF Chang nutritional info to guesstimate. Delicious dinner, and I finally felt full. It was one of those days.

I went over my RDI because I couldn't resist the dark chocolate covered triple ginger cookies from Trader Joe's that were in the pantry. The plan is to get up early enough tomorrow to go to the 30 min core workout class before my Zumba class & burn it all off.

I have to cut down on my snacking. I've been so tired....last night I had bad tremors ; I guess my MS is flaring up a bit. Is it nutso to use my limited energy for the exercising I love so much? I don't think so, but there are several other things I need to get done. I could have made my own stirfry tonight, but had to run errands. & just didn't have it in me. All I can do is the best I can do.

I'd better get some sleep if I'm going to do two classes tomorrow.

Dont beat yourself up, sounds like you did a fine job. I have that problem with our Mongolian on base on Thursdays. I just estimate it around 900 cals. Those cookies sound good. I know I will be having problems fighting off that carb monster today too!

I've been snacking more too. Once the sweet hits the tongue it seems to stay there. I can try to think it away but tomorrow I will go back to the water, hot tea - and I have to remember to get some gum. I'm sorry about your tremors. What do you think sets them off?

My MS symptoms like tremors can be brought on be getting overheated; it messes with how my nerves transmit signals. The areas in my brain where the myeln is damaged get mixed messages & set off tremors, fatigue, dizziness; whichever area gets flared up. I did manage to do the two classes today, and go on a marathon shopping expedition with my partner who's getting ready for a trip to Costa Rica. Happily, I have more good days than bad. I managed to eat healthier snack today too.I think tea sound good about now; I got a nice assortment for Christmas.
