And a 1.6 pounds drop. Still 1.4 above the low but at least in the right direction. Have to keep better control on my movement and diet.
Reviewing what I ate over the past week, I saw a couple of fast food entries that should be limited to once and I was consuming large sodas instead of small ones. I was beginning to slip into the old patterns.
Ok, slip acknowledged. Time to help the next surge in the weight loss cycle.
