Diario de loosinisfun, 10 may. 08

day 340..day 6..gooooood morning fs!!!!!.. the days just seem to pass by so quick anymore..must be cause im busier now then i was last year at this time..and it feels great to be able to do the things i use to put off, or didnt have the energy to do....took a milk jug yesterday and cut the bottom off it..planted a tomatoe plant inside along with some dirt and compost..and then flipped the jug upside down, attached the bottom upside down, so it would catch rain water, and hung it on a shepards rod..its not high enough, but mabye today i can find something taller to hang it from..first year of tryin to grow tomatoes upside down, but enjoyed doing it..for a change..wasnt breathin hard, could bend over and get the plants off the ground...just a nice feeling inside to kno i have accomplished so much this year..and more to come again next year..i found a pic of me when i was at my highest at 374..makes me sad to see myslf at that weight...so very glad that i choose to change my lifestyle ...it was time..in fact it was past time..wakin up to 43 outside this morning..gonna have to put a few layers bck on to go for my morning walk, but thats ok..i enjoy that walk that much..good way of starting my day..then headed to the gym to get some kind of a workout in...not sure if im gonna do weights again today or stay up front and just do cardio..havnt decided yet..well hope everyone has a greatttttttt saturday...more to come later im sure..lol...

addon: did my morning walk, went to the gym but just wasnt in the mood to do weights or anything else ..i did weigh in again today...but what i lost yesterday is all for the week so far..and thats fine..im happy for the loss..

2. IF AND WHEN YOU GET HUNGRY INSTEAD OF CARBS, EAT PROTEIN !!!

5. PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!!
6. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!!
7. A NEW EATING AND EXERCISING LIFESTYLE FOR A HEALTHIER BODY!!!
8. 68 POUNDS GONE FOREVER, AND AT LEAST THAT MUCH MORE TO LOOSE ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!
9. I CAN DO THIS !!!!!!!

It IS wonderful to be able to be walk around the yard, bend down and pick something up, move around with less effort....I KNOW the feeling you have darlin....! This IS a WONDERFUL thing we are doing for ourselves....Stay strong...and you be at that blue line and resetting your goal before you know it!! huggies....

I can't wait to hear how that tomato plant does...I don't beleive that I've ever heard of growing them upside down. Can I get a tomato from you when the come in? I love tomatoes!!!!! You are doing so good...I love reading your journal entries!!!!

You are doing great, the chart looks really impressive. Your walking and workouts show how determined you are and I'm sure you will break into the 200's in no time at all. Keep going loosin'! :-)

It is so great to hear about your accomplishments!! So glad that you are feeling so much better and able to do even MORE. I would love to see a pic of your tomato planter idea! I keep reading about it and am having a hard time picturing what you've done. I love gardening sooo much! Our weather has sucked or hubby has not been well enough to till and I'm getting itchy to get things planted before it's too late! Keep on rockin' the Kaz-bah!! :)

i took a 7up 2liter that was trash and cut the bottom outta it today..used a coffee filter around the stem..and ran the stem thru the mouth piece..put more soil and compose in from the end i cut off..added wires to that end an hung it up..the bottles mouth is facin to the ground an the plant is growin down instead of up...less for the plant to do when it comes to growing will grow down instead of up ..

What a wonderful feeling knowing how much you have improved your health and how much better you feel. It's worth all that hard work! Kudos to you!

What a great journal entry - besides the weight and inches lost you are able to measure your success by the new level of activity you can do and it must feel fantastic. This new eating plan seems to be working for you and I am glad that you can now see it on your scales. Keep up the great work Mike!

thank you everyone..im sure all of your are noticing the same differences due to this site and all the dedication and consistancy all of your are doing day in an day out as well..

As always, I love reading your journals. Today you reminded me that I am doing this for many more reasons than just to look good. The being in better shape and being able to do more things that I want to do is the best motivation I can have!! Thanks!!
