goooooood mornin everyone...only got alittle over 20,000 in steps yesterday...cutting an trimmin the yard just wore me out with the heat...so after i finished the yard, i was finished for rest of the day...stayed inside an layed around...todays forcast is suppose to be hotter then yesterdays...so just gonna take it easy...hard to not want to get out an move around...on days like this..be more inside movement, crunches thru out the day to keep my body guessing...well gonna go out an ride ole silver to get this day started again...take a day off from walking...just to warm already today...good thing about riding a stationary bike..when you get hot or tired...you get off an walk back in the house..unlike being away from the house..you still got to ride or walk back home...lol..have a greatttttttt one everyone..keep that water going in on them hot days...
