Ok, back on the steady decline. While it's boring it is more comforting than the giant swings. It's the steady march towards the goal rather than the bungee cord ride of the big swings.

I hope I can reach back to 284 by my doctor's visit.

Steady decline is GOOD! Don't get impatient. When is your doctor visit? If it is any time other than RIGHT NOW, you should easily be able to get to 284! You have a beautiful Weight History. Keep up the super work!
