We don’t have anything as fancy as a smoothie place at the Y. We have a tropical smoothie place like 8 blocks away though. A trainer just started a food business and has a mini fridge there where you can buy her healthy meals though. Too bad I don’t like small portions and and things like quinoa (at least I don’t think I would lol) and peas. Or the $9 price tag. $3 more and I can get a pizza that lasts 2-3 meals for me. @snickers before a fight... yes! I now have my excuse when someone gets after me about eating a couple snickers per week. Which reminds me, I still need 225 kcal to reach maintenance today. Guess I know what I’m grabbing. Bad Diablo to encourage Chris like that lol. Perhaps he can find someway to show us the video 😁.

Tell me about it. Just recently they(PF) told me I can't have my workout bag with me anymore so now I wear my weight belt even when doing leg extensions lol. I don't want to have to carry it with me everywhere. The workers look at me like they want to tell me to put another shirt on too but they let girls workout in bras so they are stuck with my cleavage.
