gooooooooood morning gettin ready to head out for a morning walk..rain is suppose to be movin in later today...so mabye it will cool off an get the humidity down as well...was outta town yesterday an ate at a hardees...wasnt gonna eat anything but i been wanting a hamburger for the last month an gave in...it actually tasted good...better then i could remember hamburger tasting..but not something i would have regularly anymore...since ive changed eating habits, tuna, fish, an chicken is about the only meat i eat anymore..an not much of those ...just occasionally...well..need to get this tired body up an moving..heat is just sucking my energy level dry...and i just got up outta bed after 8 hours of sleep...also headed out to brians today...so hopefully will pick up a bike as well...have a greattttttttttt day an keep that water going in...
