Workout #4 of new year. 23 minutes. 357 calories, supposedly, but that seems high. Treadmill 1st time. Avg 4.8 miles. Finished at 4.6 miles and 6.1 miles on interval. The machine will allow you to increase the speed during the workout but not decrease it. Found out that the hard way. Nothing hurts, which is odd. After 4 workouts in 6 days, I would think I would hurt. Maybe running isn't the only thing in the world to do. The past running has also been 45+ minutes of jogging, with 20 minute warmdown. Maybe that's tougher on the body? It just seems like I should hurt more, especially after the recent vasectomy.
