Well, I was afraid to stand on that scale and so I saw the damage. I gained weight. No surprise there but I am above the 200s again :( All I could tell myself at that point was to get started on a strict exercise regimen. I know what to do so I am taking this gain as an opportunity instead of another depressive episode. Here I go...
