Food stuff:

The results are in. Drum roll please... badadadadadadadump...... Whole food works best with a good mix of carbs, protein and fats too for my workouts! The sugars are more efficient, but the crash is the price I pay mid-workout. I didn't have that at all today with my big breakfast.

Workout stuff:

Completely annihilated my arms and chest!

Pyramid up - break - then pyramid down on bench. You're right, Mr The Diablo... it's great stuff! I cut the breaks by 30 seconds each and it didn't cripple my numbers like I thought it would - sweating like a mo-fo though 🤘

No legs or back exercise today, so no huge numbers. Just max reps on all.

I mixed it up the other morning.. Did some farmer's carries & weighted lunges. Boy do my legs and ass hurt good

Haha, oops! I don't care if I look funny doing the Farmers walk. I usually just do one lap after my last set of calf raises on the leg press.
