Diario de loosinisfun, 10 jul. 10

goooooooood saturday morning everyone..woke up early before the beginning of my first bike ride...im really ready for a new workout, and im looking forward to it...i also tried on different size jeans yesterday afternoon after i noticed i could get my belt buckle in the last hole of my belt...44s are loose, 42s are snug...40s...cant get zipped...so now i kno where i stand once again...and i have a pair of 38s with elastic band that i can get on just fine...funny how no size is the same...but im happy that the weight is finally comin off again...and really lookin forward to a different workout ..i had been thinkin about rejoining the gym, but now that i have the bike an can peddle different routes, im just gonna use the bike for my workouts...i did go online an to a size called mapmyride...they have mapmywalk, mapmyhike, map my who knows what...i use to use mapmywalk when i first started walking just to get an idea of how far my walks was, back before i strapped on a pedometer...now the pedometer will feel lonely cause it wont record the right amount of steps when im on the bike, but im still gonna log my steps an convert my milage...to steps..my route today is just 2 miles...kind of a warm up route to see what kind of shape im in and to see how long the route will take me before i start adding more of a route to it...well...need to do some surfing before its time to head out for my morning bike ride..have a greatttttttttt day everyone...

first ride over...did my walking route on bike this morning only took 20 min instead of 54...so gonna have to increase the distance tomow..an gonna have to pad the seat some more..lol..i added padding yesterday...but still needs alittle more...but im happy with my first workout...was surprised it was so easy...just need to learn to balance myslf better...
