I just want to say thank you to all who have encouraged me, support me, and have given me helpful suggestions! You all are awesome!!
I was feeling pretty down yesterday! I was feeling like I wasn’t loosing fast enough. When I was younger and lost a considerable amount of weight, man I could loose 10-15lbs a week. Well now that I’m older it’s not as easy for me and my body.
I am loosing though so that is a positive!! I will take it!! I am going to succeed at this!! I will reach all my goals!! I hope everyone is having a fabulous Saturday!! Keep setting goals and achieving them, as I’ll do the same!!! 😊

I’m so glad you are feeling better. I have been discouraged about weight loss many times and I’m so thankful that there have been people to help and encourage me. But it always has to be me who did the lifting back up. And you were brave and strong enough to do it for yourself. You should be proud of the efforts you’ve made, the results AND your decision to be kinder to yourself just like you deserve!! You inspired me to try and remember to do the same for myself with some of the things going on in my life. Thank you!

Well I gave been trying a high fat diet when I break a fast but mostly I stick to a intermittent fasting eating regime and find it works good. I have not stuck to it hard as I am on vacation now so have lots of cheats right! I go up and down by 2 or 3 kg’s some ties but the overall plot is trending down and I have just hit the 24 kg’s lost mark since end of January! Will be leaning even more on a Carnivore diet when I get home but will be hitting the intermittent fasting hard as well with plans for water fasts of 3 to 7 days. I do eat a lot of fat in an effort not to spike insulin levels and it is filling.

I am trying to lower carbs for diabetes, salt for heart problems, and cholesterol. They are in everything.However, I have lost some weight. But I feel like a yoyo. I know nothing about the keto diet but I will cheer you on for your journey to lose weight. Since I am diabetic not sure if the keto diet would be good for me.

Thanks all!! I am glad to follow you all on this journey, and thankful you all are here to follow and support me on my journey! I have also been trying to fast, not eating anything after 3pm. Keto seems to be working for me! I don’t know if Keto is good for diabetics or not, something to research though I would be interested to know! I am loving this community on this app, definitely inspires me and keeps me focused on the end result!! I hope you all are having a great day with conscious decisions!! 😊💕
