My birthday weekend filled with debauchery and yummyness only cost me 3.2 lbs on the scale this morning.. was really nice to see a high still keep me in the 150s :).. (and nice to find a positive side of a gain lol)...

back to flushing with water and ready to get back to my low...

Girl - I see the before and after pictures ... one year! Can you believe it? You look awesome! And yes, we NEED to have little celebrations and sometimes that pack on a couple of pounds at the time. But you've got this! I'm sure this is such a temporary thing and glad you enjoyed your birthday! What good is living with no life in it, right?
