My partner brought me a few pieces of See's chocolates to try to help me feel better, knowing I was having a very Monday Monday. It did help, then I ate a bunch of other stuff, despite having had a wonderful dinner. I don't like giving in to emotional eating; time to listen to my meditation cd.
