Ended up helping a friend last night and didn't get back til late so no real exercise yesterday and today I hurt from Sunday's walk. Advil time and stretching I guess this morning. I'm going to hit the treadmill this afternoon in between working and at least get some movement in. That's the hardest for me to get into my schedule, some movement. But I will. But for now, some coffee and getting my food together...at least it's not Monday.
