Got a Café Rio salad today. I kept telling them what NOT to put on it—“No tortilla, no rice, no beans, no chip strips”. The guy thought I was nuts! This salad with everything would have been 1100 calories. Mine was around 600. And I couldn’t finish it! 🥗
