I actually did really good today, food and exercise. Did *not* get up early and get to the gym today but came home and walked 65 mins, 3 miles, burned 470 cals per the machine (i know but it's got to be close) AND got my laundry done. I'm POOPED!
Making dinner now and then working tonight for hopefully 2-3 hrs if I can last. Not a bad day. Looking forward to seeing what the scale says over the next couple days.
