well, last night was well also. i thought i would just have pizza and salad bc it was the kids open house, but no, i patiently awaited the arrival of my lemon pepper chicken and baked potato from the oven. it was so yummy! i did have a piece of banquet fried chicken thigh tho. im telling yall, i have not eaten fried chicken in months! i usually dont like the frozen stuff, but it was really good, and only one thigh, no more. there are leftovers in the fridge, hubbs can have them when he gets home! off to my bran flakes!!!
