i'm soooooo happy i am finally below 220. it took long enough! but that was my own fault. I may have made some decent food dec. over 4th of july weekend but i drank beer and mixed drinks. Plus my food choices were decent not great. leason learned i'm soo happy though

YEY :) I'm so happy for you! great job getting under that 220 mark, you're definitely on you're way! Beer is my vise also, hehe... I try so hard to keep my calories counted but put me on a night out with the boys and I'm just doomed hehe... I'm just not willing to give up my beer... Anyways, keep up the great work! :)

lol i hear ya. i was on the beach at coney island in NY and every 2 seconds people selling Coronas for $2 would walk by you as your laying in the sun. how do you say no to that.
