Today i didn't plan out what i was going to eat cause my work schedule is messed up. I wound up getting a salad for lunch which was great but im not sure im calculating it right and im too tired to figure it out right now. it was made by salad creations it was sooo big it was enough for two people easily so i only ate half.
i need less carbs!! so i don't have tomorrows food planed out but i can barely stay awake at this point so ill wing it for now.
