Back in the Gym, yay! Was doing an hour of Aqua Latez today. Thought I would be wrecked doing it, but I was fine! I'm so delighted to be back in form and all perky and stuff! Stupid TOM is putting a bit of a dampner on it, but oh well :) Tomorrow Yoga, I'd say! And my mushroom experiment turned out delish, much creamier than I thought it would.A keeper!
