I've gained weight in November and December. However, I'm told that you haven't failed until you stop trying. I have not stopped trying; but I have stopped looking. I am not going to weigh myself until I think that my weight is lower than my last weigh in. I am also trying a more psychological approach to weight loss. Not behavior modification techniques, but more mental. I feel that this approach will work for me.

Right now I'm taking it one day at a time.
