i've been gone from here for a while; i appologise for my absence; i spilt vodka on my laptop and had to takeit to bits to clean it. its mostly back together now but i cant get some of the keys back in so my typing is going to be qite bad until i get it soerted! im not focusing on weight loss at the moment; just on curing my ED. im keepig a paperbased food diary to show the doctor/CBT so i probably wont be doing very much on here apart from entering some exercise and weighing in.
