Oh gosh how do you do it. I’ve been drinking like a shithole for the past 2 weeks. I have to cut the junk now that my vacation is over. But there was a night observation yesterday at work and they all had a beer.. well and me too. The joy of working with nerds!

I'm a baby. Don't like the taste and now that I'm in my 40's- my hangover free days are no more. More than 3 beers and my next day is ruined.

Oh god—id put the IPA’s away like frank the tank. 6 pack a day at least. Case races and 30-packs tailgating with football. No wonder I got so heavy!! I do miss polishing two bottles of champagne using Sunday brunch though—not gonna lie 🤣

I’m an IPA drinker too. Our family is full of small scale brewers and vintners. The calories are high, and the food consumed after a couple bottles of beer is always higher. I’m obviously not drinking atm, and I’m going to enjoy the occasional beer come October. But I’m not gonna go back to 4 & 5 IPA’s a day. One or 2. And not the high %. lol
