Cheat meal & cheat snack today:
Sauerkraut, Bavarian sausage with mustard dip and a small piece of freshly baked pretzel with cheese on top. A handful of corn chips with spicy pico. Combined together with a glass of black currant cider it really made me happy after 2 weeks calories deprivation.
