Walked 52 minutes and increased my hand weights from 1 lb to 2.2. Consistent arm work through out walk. Working on balance by walking on curbs and doing step work on almost every drainage platform. One is quite tall. Listening to Macy Gray is invigorating to listen and do different steps/arm movements to.
