The end of a strange month, strange because I got stucked at the same weight even with a controlled diet and a lot of exercises, well, at least I didn't regain anything.
Today was also a very stressful day at work and at night I couldn't do my Jiu Jitsu sessions because I came home very tired and overslept, luckily I inserted around 40-50m of weight training in the morning.
