day 369...HAPPY SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!...took yesterday off and just tried to be good with eating, no exercise of any kind yesterday...less you count sittin in front of the computer exercise...its 430am right now an its already 73..with a heat index of 77...so will be another warmer day once the sun gets up in the sky...rain later this evening again...the grass an the tomatoe plants are lovin all the rain...lol...well need to get up an moving...catch you all later...

addon...with the humidity up each day now, then ive decided maybe i need to cut my walks bck down to 45 minutes...until the temps get bck down some...dont really want to quit my walks, and dont really want to do them inside either...so hopin that cuttin them down when the temps are up along with the humidity, i can still get them in...no gym workout again today..get rested today an then hit it hard again monday...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
2. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. I AM ONLY CHEATING MYSLF, WHEN I GIVE IN TO THE WRONG FOODS!!!!
5. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
6. I AM WALKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!!
7. I'M DOING GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS GONE!!! NOW I AM MORE FOCUSED TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!!
8. I WORK THE UPPER PART OF MY BODY, THE DAYS IM NOT WALKING!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
