Ahhh... I am back. We should have stayed home because that vacation SUCKED ass! Lets see... we left last Saturday morning, went to the baby shower for my best friend... I was naughty and hate sandwiches on buns, ate a little cake and ice cream, and basically the whole week we were gone, I ate carbs out the ass, because well, thats what was there, and my Atkins friendly foods I brought weren't enough to last all week. Well, my son ended up in the ER on Tuesday, because he is allergic to mosquitoes... and had gotten over 100 bites. Then, my boyfriend lost our money, so we had no way of putting gas in the car to get ready to come home, so I had to call my dad, and he had to call the gas station and pay for our gas with his CC over the phone. THEN the alternator went out on our car... so again, Dad to the rescue. Well, before we even got the car fixed, my best friend whose baby shower we went to, ended up in early labor, and had to be flown to Marshfield... so I rode with her mom and another friend of hers down there, she is 33 weeks along today, and they had slowed the contractions down enough to hold off the labor for a while to try to strengthen the babies lungs, and they estimate that she is about a 5 pound baby right now. We finally got the car fixed, and got home... and my friend is still in the hospital, and my son is still covered in spots... we call him Polka Dot. I didn't get hardly any exercise, and ate like shit the whole week, but with everything else going on... I am not too worried about it. We are safe, and thats what matters. I hope everyone else had a better week than me, now on to reading journals to catch up!
