Hello All... I am miserable today! Still getting over that awful vacation, and today, TOM decides to visit... leaving me with horrid cramps, and an achy knee. Don't ask why, but every month, my right knee hurts so bad, sometimes I think its broken, but its just because I get cramps in it during TOM. I just want to curl up in a ball and drink ice tea because I am hurting so badly! I am sure that I will start getting back into a grove soon... and don't mind the weight history chart... it will be having a line for a while, as I will not be weighing in until July 1st. Have a great day everyone, I am going to ice my knee and wrap it up!
