As I've gotten older I find it more difficult to focus on the one thing that most impacts my health--my eating and movement habits. I say "Today I'll eat according to plan". It seems a small thing to do....Just focus on now and then focus on preparing and eating the next meal choice. What gets in the way? Emotions, habits, ??? So today it's almost 10:00 a.m. I am finishing my coffee and am planning to do laundry and read a portion of God's Word. I'm already dressed to work. I am endeavoring to create a new good habit. May God help me do what I am to do til lunch.
