Diario de loosinisfun, 26 jul. 10

goooooooooood morning everyone...less humid this morning when i went for my around the town bike ride...actually when i first left i was almost cold with the morning air..but didnt take long to start workin into a sweat...got a 6.2 mile ride in this morning..glad i finally started listening to my body, as taking the day off yesterday benefited my body...its always hard to do that first mile, but after the second or third one...i start gettin into the mode of it all..i also listen to my mp3 player so that helps as well...not all that much traffic at 515am when i leave the house an i wear a bright yellow highway see thru jacket over my tshirt...so people can see me even when they are drinkin their coffee an wakin up on the way to work...lol...todays plan is more stationary bike time...get back into the habit of getting in my time...gonna wait one more day to weigh in...hopefully i can show a loss this week...gained over 10 pounds last week just in water weight from eating way to much salt...an i knew that ..thats what it was for the way it went back on...so another day and i can be doing the happy dance again...i have my focus once again...got the salty stuff outta the house...and im ready to use my bike to help me get a different workout...have a great one everyone....the cooler temps are comin...

So happy your humidity has lessened - here too - Yep, sodium will help you to climb on the scales rather rapidly...I can relate...I've worked hard to keep my sodium under 2200 mg daily...it requires eating very little in the way of processed foods...You can do it Mike...Great work on the exercise...keep at it...it's a lifestyle...not a temporary change...Have a great Monday....hugggies

was so nice this morning...but humidity has came back and doesnt look like any rain is in the sky...

Yes loosin' I must limit the salt too - I like it more than sugar. I ate potato chips today. Not good. You're doing great with the biking, tomorrow I may attempt about a five mile ride. ATTEMPT, anyway. I'm probably not in as good as shape as you are and may end up on the bus instead... oh, well...

dont do 5 mile glenn do half of that to build yourself back up...dont want you to be in worse shape and off from exercise again...
