I just had my first one, Sat! another site had it at 144 calories, so I did moist bread stuffing at a 1/2 cup for 176 calories

Thanks! The boyfriend's daughter is in town from WV and he always makes stuffies for her and he always goes overboard by making about 150 of them, but I've only had 1 and I do like them but not nearly as much as he does, so I'll probably only have 1 or 2 more out of that 150., lol

They were good. I am not into fish food, so I was suspect. I found that if I did not chew as much, I did not run into a clam. The fish food texture freaks me out. LOL

a quahog stuffie is when you do the above ingredients with seasoning and mix it all together. You then bake it in the now empty quahog shell. And serve it that way too. It's pretty much bread stuffing with quahogs and sometimes other stuff as stated above.
