I have to ask everyone, I am a HUGE coffee drinker but have not yet bought the keto coffee, so does anyone have any recipes to turn regular coffee into keto coffee?

Hmmm... I'm not sure what you're asking unless you're referring to Bullet Proof Coffee - which can be done w/butter, coconut oil, MCT oil or whipping cream. One or all. It will add a lot of fat but no carbs. A LOT of calories too so plan accordingly.

I tried BPC ("keto coffee") but hated it. I was drinking coffee with stevia and heavy whipping cream for a long time (1-2g carbs at most, but 90-100 calories per 2T). To cut the calories, I switched from HWC to unsweetened coconut milk (45 cal./2g carb per *cup*). When I did that, my arthritic pain all but disappeared. It's a different flavor, but palatable. (I just can't do black coffee, even though my husband says my way is "Just not right.")

Whipping cream ftw. I like butter also. Coconut oil hurts my tum. But add any fat to your fav coffee and bam! Bulletproof coffee. What Bella said 🤣

Do you need it to reach your calorie goal? If not, drinking calories is not recommended. I'm on a high carb diet but I wouldn't drink a coke since it isn't satiating.

Zero sweetener. Half and half or heavy cream. You can get a MCT oil Keto powder on Amazon.

A friend was Keto and added melted butter to hers. She had to keep mixing it up. She’s now cico but watches carbs to a point. She doesn’t drink her calories anymore unless she is craving the buttered coffee. Now she just adds butter to other foods or has things like whipped cream with strawberries. If you don’t like the coffee or haven’t tried it, why not try adding fats in some other way? Eat more avocados, add butter to foods, make a homemade treat with whipping cream etc. I gained all my weight with hard candy, eating full restaurant meals and regular sodas. Cut those out and half portions in restaurants and it’s easy to lose weight (for me, with a deficit of course).
