Diario de loosinisfun, 27 jul. 10

gooooooood morning everyone...waking up to 77 with a heat index of 85....gonna be a busy day today...plan on cutting the grass and trimming...doing a morning bike ride around town...and a stationary ride as well...need to go to the store as im outta bananas as well...and almost lettuce...soooooo....that means its time to go to the store an stock up on healthy choices again...woke up still tired even though i had my 8 hours...not really tired...just feel like another hour would be nice...suppose to rain this afternoon...but not sure we will see any of that...well...i need to get up an moving...get breakfast in me..and then get dressed and ready to do a bike ride...get this day started out right...have a greattttttttt one...

Sounds like a busy and productive day ahead for u!! Yes, Mike, keep the choices to only healthy ones!!! Have you tried the 110 calorie bagels(Arnold's brands)??? Ohhhhh, so yummmmy...some lettuce, sliced chix breast, a few cukes, grated carrots, onion slice and some honey mustard is my all time FAVE sandwich!! Top that off with an apple and you've got a 300 calorie meal...and stuffed as well! hugggggies

thanks for the ideas drd...with the weight starting to be on a consistent drop, i think il stick with what im eating each day...i was thinkin about my eating habits on my morning bike ride..and i think i finally figured out how much i can eat and still work off the weight...even though it looks like im not gettin enough calories, my metabolism has slowed down and i just dont need that much anymore to keep my tummy and body soaking up the calories like i use to...its taking me along time to figure out how many calories my body actually needs to keep it happy an still in the droppin of the weight...

Thanks for the advice on the bagels, drd. I think it's Arnold's or someone else similar who has 100 calorie wheat sandwich-type rolls and they're awesome. I'll get the brand name. Anyway, loosin' - it looks like you're getting enough exercise in! I biked about FIVE miles today (Tuesday), but had a wicked muscle back spasm after I got home. I don't think my body likes exercise as much as I do! I wish I was able to exercise as much as you are able to every day without problems loosin'! Happy biking!
