Diario de CowGirlAtHeart, 12 jun. 08

Lifted weights Mon and Wed and am going to tomorrow also. I am feeling it, so that tells me I am out of shape and need to keep going at it! Am suppose to get my little friend early next week! YAY... I say that in all sincerity actually. I am trying the cycling and tri-cycling (I have no idea how that's spelled!) and it's been three months sense I've had it. My body is sooo ready to do it's thing. I will be interested to see what I weigh after all of that cause I have felt bloated and icky the last few days now. I go from being really excited about losing weight and working hard at it to being really annoyed w/ the whole thing cause (even though I KNOW its not realistic) I want to be losing faster! lol... I am NOT a patient person, in any area:-) I am looking forward to doing more weigh lifting too. I plan on keeping up w/ that. That's me for now....

good! weight training is so important to losing weight! its like the first 20 pounds fall off so fast and easy huh?? then you got to work hard and concentrate on the rest! i am soooo not patient either so i totally understand. you will get it right tho specially now w/ weights. :)

keep it up, thats what matters right now. Dont get discouraged because, look at the progress so far.
