How did it go at Chinese?

It went pretty good, i focused mainly on meats especially when I saw they had butter on them, had an unsweetened iced tea with extra lemon and splurged a little for dessert having 1 of what they call Chinese donuts with a half scoop of 2 different flavors of ice cream. I think I've been doing pretty well so far

I don't have any complaints just a lot of things to get used to, but I must either be doing something very right or very wrong because I've lost 5lbs since August 1st, (my keto start day)
