I see people losing 1 pound a day!! I lose 1.5 a week! :/
I am still nursing my 9 month old and I don't want to sacrifice my milk but sometimes I feel like maybe I should be doing better, working out more! Maybe walking on my days off. :? I had this idea of walking at lest 3 miles on my days off eventually making it to 5 miles each day total of 10 miles... Just a thought.
