Just getting home from work. Long night. Can't wait until it cools down a little. I can't say I stayed on plan because I did drink some diet sunkist orange soda. The store I stopped at before work didn't have dite rite. Going to make sure I leave early enough tonight to stop at walmart to get the right soda. So far no hunger pangs. Little light headed during the night. I think more from the heat then anything.
