Day three of the diet and I have noticed that my energy levels are down but I'm making really progress on eating meals that are smaller. My breakfasts have always been about right but my lunch and dinners were usually too big. I've cut my lunch size by 30 percent and dinners by 40 percent. I drink lots of water and iced tea and feel satisfied but not stuffed after dinner now. Hopefully the weight will come off by doing this. I plan on getting on the scale after a week has gone by so next Tuesday.
