Goodmorning!!
I'm waiting on my breakfast to hurry...lol, my coffee. I woke up this morning and came to terms with my awful eating behavior and decided that today is a perfect day for a fresh start. I ate everything from Carls Jr., taco bell, cake, ice cream, and cookie dough pie from Burger King within the last week!! I know...terrible...but, it's a done deal now, and I don't want to talk about it. LOL... just know it was YUMMY!!!
I plan on eating small portions and calorie counting to help get myself back on track. Luckily I haven't gained any weight, but I'm pretty sure that's the work of the FLU!! I had it all weekend... I think I may have even thrown up a lung! lol
We leave to Minnesota in less than a month and I need to make sure I am lean and ready and willing to gain five pounds ((thats a given when I go out of town)). They eat a lot of fish and deer.... I DONT...that mean's gas station junk food for me! lol
Anyways... on a different note, I have been spending a lot of time working on my business plan. I am opening a rockstar nail salon. A salon out of the norm. Crazy colors, loud music, insane art...the works! I'll be starting school July 8th so that I may be certified in manicuring and nail art. I'm excited. This choice of owning my own business in the art of nails is really different compared to all the time I put in for my future. I am a certified nurse, and a surgical technologist (not yet certified)...lol, owning a nail salon is a complete 360 but def something I have a passion for!
Well, I'm off to go write out my check list for the day, drink some coffee, and write my daily diet plan out!
