Does partially digested food require or receive less TEF for the day? Looks pretty tasty. 

It looks ok. My mother used to stir fry cabbage with everything else she had in the kitchen. .Although I only love the cabbage raw. It's why the cabbage soup diet didn't work for me. 😐 

I love all cabbage including sauerkraut. Diablo probably wishes I didn't. 😆

Sauerkraut stinks. Like super stinks. I like cabbage in general tho. I'm a pest too XD 

ouch...ouch......like hot sand on pink feet...house smelled of kraut and pork yesterday.....sauerkraut is probably a safe food...I mean in a food fight.... 

And talking about my fingernails, I ate them again last week. 😨😭😭 

Raw Cabbage, Yes! You can mix it with your salad, like you do with lettuce, cabbage tastes even better though. 👌😀 

I always add raw plain cole slaw to salads too!! Awesome crunch and taste!! Hmmm 

I love all cabbage, especially cabbage rolls. Hmmmm 

Almost verbatim the way my wife did pork last evening Chris. Apples pull some of the acid from the cabbage (kraut). Easy and repeatable. K_4 are you still eating your nails? 

I put celery in my salad too. I don't love it but it's"healthy" 🤷‍♀️Haha. Yes Terrapin, after probably 6-7 months, but it just happened for two days, I stopped that already. But it will take me a good two - three months to have my long fingernails back.  

My fingernails? I eat them raw too. And I love them, the sensation of eating them is incomparable 🤗

Apples, celery and kielbasa all good with cabbage. Mashed potatoes topped with sauerkraut.
