um hm um..... Clearing throat... Since my last entry I had gain all the weight back and then some. I stopped doing Aktin. It is a good diet, but not for me. I need variety and carbs. I don't mind if the weight comes off slower as long as it eventually comes off. I went up to 200.2 pounds. I joined weight watchers and have been attending meetings weekly since 5/11/10. I have lost 15.4 pounds and now weigh 184.8.
I had been working out with an amazing trainer. Last week, he told me this thursday would be our last session. He is going to turkey to play professional basketball. I was devastated. One monkey don't stop no show. I was reminded by my leader Lisa that although he helped me accomplish weight loss, it was me who actually did the work. So I have the strength to continue and make this happen. It is all within me and within you too.
Next goal 10% weight loss which would be 180.2.
We can do this. Step by step day by day one foot in front of the other.
